Join us this January for a soul-nourishing, immersive 3 night retreat designed to awaken and revitalize your spirit through creative manifestation and play! Mother-daughter duo, Licensed Mental Health Therapists and Yoga Teachers Petey Silveira and Sarah Burnett, will guide you on your soul journey of transformative healing modalities. 

Over the weekend, you’ll experience yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, and more! You’ll explore creativity through abstract painting, flow state, and playful expression. You’ll awaken your ability to manifest by harnessing the power of your subconscious mind. Sound journeys will immerse you in healing vibrations, helping to clear and align your cellular frequencies. Throughout the retreat, you’ll feel held, supported, and nourished in mind, body, and spirit.

By Sunday morning, you’ll feel reconnected with your authentic self, restored in both your physical and energetic body, awakened to your power to manifest, rejuvenated by expansive conversations, and deeply connected to your creative abilities. All meals are thoughtfully chef-prepared in-house, and each participant will have their own accommodations unless choosing to share with a friend or partner. Once you register, Petey and Sarah will handle the rest, guiding you on your beautiful soul journey.
